Since my kids and I have multiple food allergies, I’m always on the hunt for good Allergy-Friendly recipes. I have quite the sweet tooth at times and there are days I would just love to sit and eat a jar of cookies made with lots of butter, eggs, and flour. I then snap back to reality because if I did, I’d unfortunately be an itchy mess. My oldest son is now 5 but like me, is allergic to wheat, eggs, dairy and nuts. My oldest daughter surprisingly has no allergies and my youngest daughter hasn’t been tested yet. To be on the safe side, I feed them all Allergy-Friendly treats especially when it comes to cookies and cakes. I found this recipe today and tried it for the first time and I’m happy to report it is really yummy! I ate 5 within 10 minutes (probably not the best idea before dinner!) and my kids kept asking for more as well. Thank you Food Allergy Mama for such a great recipe. This will be my go-to when I’m in the mood for making Chocolate Chip Cookies. There will probably be times I’ll tweak the recipe depending on what I have on hand. Happy Baking!
